Best Claims Process: A good claims process should have clear communication, minimal documentation, efficient resolution, and fast payouts. Based on our survey, Erie Insurance had the highest satisfaction for claims.
Best Customer Service: Excellent customer service includes quick responsiveness, friendly and attentive problem-solving, and clear communication. USAA ranked highest in customer service satisfaction.
Most Trusted: Trust in an insurance company means believing they will support you in difficult times. USAA was rated the most trustworthy by survey respondents.
Best Online Experience: With 65% of people accessing insurance via apps, a good digital experience is crucial. It should be user-friendly, reliable, and secure. USAA led in this category as well.
